Mohamed ElBaz is a software engineer and GovTech leader with nearly two decades of experience in designing, building, and scaling mission-critical real estate platforms across government and enterprise environments.
He holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Cairo University and a Master's degree in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Texas at Austin. His expertise in building complex large-scale distributed systems, especially in the real estate industry, ERP scalability, and the practical application of AI within real-world real estate operations.
He brings a unique perspective that bridges public-sector systems, enterprise technology, and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on scalable, data-driven digital infrastructure. Since 2009, Mohamed ElBaz has led the design, development, and management of large-scale real estate systems for the Government of Dubai, including EJARI, OQOOD, and the DLD Central System. His work has played a direct role in Dubai's real estate digital transformation — and he is now leading building real estate systems for the Abu Dhabi government.
In addition to his government experience, Mohamed ElBaz is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Eveorex Technologies, the developer behind the Akarati platform.
